One Day Tours FAQ

1How do we find the boat? Is there a specific meeting point?
Once the booking will be confirmed, you will receive an email from our booking department stating main details of the reservation, including details regarding the meeting point. Considering we can depart from any port of the region, according to the place from where you would like to depart, we will send you a detailed map and picture of the embarkation pier. Moreover, we will share with you the Captain mobile number in case of any last minute communication. In any case our operation department will be on always on duty for any occurrence.
2Are you coming to pick us up at the hotel?
We would like to inform that pick up from the hotel is available upon request. Please note that some of the best hotels on the Amalfi Coast and in Sorrento have their private pier. Please also note that some ports are in pedestrian area (Positano – Capri) and pick up is not available from the hotel, due to the presence of steps. In case you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask.
3Is the tour timetable flexible?
For a pleasant day at sea, we suggest to start the tour at 10:00 and return at around 17:30-18:00. Those are the best hours at sea. Moreover, in case you would like to modify the departure time or return time, please inform our booking department, in order to find the best solution and fulfill your needs.
4Do you provide snorkelinggears?
Yes, We provide snorkeling equipment on board. Water toys, such as Seabob, Efoil and similar are available upon request.
5Do provide lifejackets?
Yes, as per maritime law, all our boats have lifejackets for adults and for children. Moreover, our crew is fully entitled to perform their job and well trained in case of any emergency. Please note that lifejacket must be used only in case of emergency and not as a water toy.
6Can we stop swimming as often as we want?
With no doubt, swimming is one of the best activity to perform during a journey on a yacht. Any of the places where we use to sail offers amazing bays and coves where to swim. We always consider a couple of times for swimming, but please consider that our crew will be at your disposal for the entire journey and if you want to swim more, just let them know.
7Can we get off the boat and walk around Capri or Positano?
Sure! You can visit any place where we go and walk to the city centre. Any journey can be personalized according to your preferences. Any of the places where we use to sail offers amazing bays and coves where to swim. We always consider a couple of times for swimming, but please consider that our crew will be at your disposal for the entire journey and if you want to swim more, just let them know.
8How do we confirm the booking?
To confirm the reservation a confirmation deposit is required. Balance will be settled as agreed with our booking department.
9What is your cancellation policy?
In case of cancellation within 31 days prior to departure date no penalty will be applied, and any deposit paid will be reimbursed. In case of cancellation within 16 days prior to departure the deposit paid will be charged as penalty In case of cancellation between 15 days and departure date 100% penalty will be applied.
